What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?
Hello my friend, how are you doing today? My best wishes for the week to come. I hope you had a solid start on Monday.
I always attack Monday, if we can win Monday, rest of the week gets sorted very neatly. Earlier, my Mondays were shadow of my Sunday spill over.
It is important for us to take restarts, every now and then, it helps in the engine going smooth. Just like within a day, we need breaks, break doesn’t mean resting, rather it is shift in focus on something fresh.
I really like gym, because it helps me practice focussing-refocussing. It not only keeps me fit, it also nourishes my mind. I like fighting the weights, channeling my energies to build my musceles.
I try to stay consistent, and not let daily up and down to influence my schedule. Also, I feel great looking myself in good shape. It fills me with confidence all day.
Confidence to take on challenges with courage. Just like I face those weights, where I fight my fears, and complete my sets.
We can do anything, that can do the same thing. Nourish the body and nourish the mind.

Weightlifting is the BEST! I don’t think my body is up for daily lifting, but I treasure my twice weekly sessions with my trainer.
