Have you ever performed on stage or given a speech?
Hello dear comrade. How are you? How is life treating you today my friend. Are you loving the life as much as you should. Well, if there is a scope left, just remember, we live only once.
It is not necessary that we getup every morning with same energy and enthusiasm, but it is necessary that we take ourselves one level up, from we were last night, everyday.
Similarly it is not necessary, that we always perform the best, but the only way to ensure it is through practice. Talent without practice is just a luck by chance.
I tasted it very early, and public speaking taught me the same. When I was a kid, I got an opportunity to anchor a show in my school morning assembly. And, I did great. Everybody loved it.
Next time, I got a bigger show, but this time, rather than I writing the script, someone else wrote it for me. I did practice, but that was not enough, as it was not my content, I needed to practice more. And, I didn’t.
It was a horrible show. Very disheartening for me. I stayed out of Anchoring for a long time after it.
And I came back to the stage after almost 5 years, just before getting passed out from the school. It went good, and post which, public speaking has become a very good experience for me.
Sometimes I feel, that when I am on stage in the lime light, so many people present in front of me, is the only time, when the real me comes out.
And trust, the real me is really nice personality. Just like your real you. We all are nice personalities.
My love to you.

Great Samantha. Would love to know your best and worst public speaking experience.
And what advice you would give to your fellow public speaking enthusiasts? 🙂

You know? I don’t think I have any bad experiences but I said a piece at church around Easter time. 🙂 Also, my advice? Imagine people in their underwear but don’t burst out laughing!! LOL

Haha! That is hilarious. I will try, haha.. but I am afraid, I might forget what I would be saying. With such distracting imagination, and still we have to make sense.
Thanks for your interesting input.
