Remove (n’t) from Life.

If you had to give up one word that you use regularly, what would it be?

Although, it is very hard to even notice, that what are those words, that we often use. But surely, there are few words, that I want to eliminate, while I am talking to myself.

Especially words like, ‘I CAN’T‘. When we are talking to ourselves, we don’t notice, how those words are impacting our mind and spirits.

So many times, we give up, not after failing in real, but after failing in our thoughts. We create those imaginary walls in our mind and attitude.

And, unknowingly we couldn’t break them ever. And, once our fears realize, it makes our negative thoughts, our fears even stronger.

Let’s try to break this loop. By taking actions with positive intent and open mind.

Let’s not cross the bridge, until we reach it.

  1. Yeah, well said. Repeated negative self-talk really has serious impact on our mindset and emotions. And the reason we don’t realize it in the moment is because the effects are subtle, slowly building over time.
