welcome 2025!

Yo! How are you, my friend? Welcome to 2025. I am glad we made it through 2024 and I am sure, we will cruise 2025 like a boss.

For a few days, I have been feeling this urge to reach out to you. How was your New Year’s evening? Did you party hard enough or spend some time with your family? What about resolutions? Oh! How can we miss them?

I stopped believing in New Year resolutions, a decade back, I guess. Partly because I couldn’t honour some of mine in the past, and majorly because I think, we do not need to wait for 31st December to bring a change in our life. We can start anytime, any day. Having said that, a new year is indeed a good checkpoint, to start new things. But again, so is every new day.

I also want to use this blog, to reflect back to the year 2024. Among so many things, 2024 did teach me to trust myself more. I will definitely credit 2024 as the year, in which I switched from a leaner to a doer.

To elaborate, I always thought that I needed to learn further, to be finally ready, to start my crusade towards my dreams. The bad thing about this mindset is that the day never comes when I have learnt enough. There is always something left to be done, some skill to be mastered, or something that I couldn’t even think of.

There was always something, left before I could believe that, I am ready!
At some point in time, in the middle of 2024, I switched and decided, that I am ready, always was, and the learning is eternal. I always say that we should live a learning lifestyle. When we are learning continuously, we are winning, and succeeding continuously.

I didn’t realise that I am not applying this principle of mine, on a very critical aspect of my life. The good thing about identifying a problem statement is that it solves half of the problem. I have taken the above idea from someone else, but I couldn’t agree more.

I also realised, that my spoken English is not that great while talking to people from different countries, across the globe. I have known it since I started learning the English language back in school. Well, I don’t know yet, what I am going to do about it. I am sure, I will figure it out.

2024 will also be a year, in which I read Bhagwad Gita, 5 times back to back. I am reading it right now, for the sixth time. I will also attribute a lot of positive changes in my life in 2024, to the wisdom shared in the book.

I am grateful to God for enabling me to stay kind to others in 2024, as well. I am happy, that I am equally compassionate at the end of 2024, as I was, at its start. I am grateful that I am healthy, able to work and add value to people around me, and beyond.

What’s cooking in 2025?

Irrespective of how much cliche, it may sound. I am genuinely excited for 2025. I do not want to spill the beans yet, but multiple projects of mine, are going to be executed in 2025. So Yeah, Hallelujah!

Keep watching the space for the latest, updates. I hope you are getting every blog of mine, in your cozy inbox. Have a good read.

I do not want to make it a long blog, hence I will end, by wishing you the best for the new year. I am sure, you will push yourself upward and onward. Don’t forget to help others, as they will unknowingly push you closer towards your dreams.

Be Kind! Its Gangster.

    1. I regret the delay in response Susan. After wordpress has blocked prompting for me, I am not able to connect frequently. A bit sad about it. Thanks for your wonderful comment, I am sure 2025 will bring a lot of great things to us and others.

      1. So good to hear from you, RJ. Do you mean WP won’t let you reply to prompts anymore? I have seen that happen to several people once the year’s prompts are all answered. Isn’t it interesting that even with the advent of AI, WordPress doesn’t create any new prompts! Take good care, my friend.
