What traditions have you not kept that your parents had?
Hello my friend, rising Tuesday to you. I hope you had a good start of the week, and you will make this week successful like every week.
As a kid, we are following every tradition our parents have followed. I am lucky that my parents are still living and thriving.
Hence, till now almost all the traditions are intact. Only thing that me and my brother doesn’t follow is that our parents never drink alcohol.
While me and my brother, do have it. We are not alcoholics. Especially for my mother, alcohol is not acceptable. May be she saw things in her childhood, when people ruined themselves of drinking issues.
For me, it is important that we keep moving forward towards our goal, and even if we have a few peggs now and then, we should stay focussed on the work in hand, and do everything to complete it.

Indeed Steve, I think it is more about the examples that we have seen in childhood.
If we see people ruining themselves, we develop negative outlook towards it.
