What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Hello my friend, how are you doing today? I hope you are having a great time. We have almost reached Friday, and the weekend is just around the corner.

I wish you a great weekend ahead. Positive and negative feelings come to us all the time. And what will hit us when, is not in our hands.

But how we deal with it, is purely in our hands. Just like a glorious fall, require a glorious comeback.

A fall comes in our life, for all the things that we didn’t do. But the rise comes with all those things we did manage to do, irrespective of our mood.

We cannot feel happy all the time, and it is not necessary to feel happy in every moment. The wisdom is to let the life flow in front of us. We have to be aware of it, we have to be aware of ourselves.

I read a book ‘The Mountain is You’ that tells us that we cannot win from a trauma by avoiding and isolating it. But only when we embrace it, feel it, and let it go.
