I love to eat tasty food, and I can assess the taste of a good item, by its taste. Some says taste and smell create the same effect. May be.

I cook rarely, but when I do, I try to do it meticulously. Starting from the marination, vegetables, arranging ingredients, stir the dish attentively, and patiently waiting for the curry to get cooked.

Out of all my cooking experience, making butter chicken was my best, and especially the way it tasted.

Felt like cooking is an art. And of course I am an artist. 🙂
