Hello my friend, how are you doing today? I wish you a great Monday, and a splendid next week. I wish you lot of success and happy times.

In my life, I have met so many great leaders, some has incredibly impacted my life and way of doing things. I really tried to learn from them, whatever I can.

For the sake of the prompt, I will share the most recent leader I have worked with. And, that is my current manager.

When he joined the team, as its leader. It was scattered all over, old people were leaving or already left. And, there was a lot of things left to do.

I was also going through my learnings, and initially it was a lot of friction between us. There was lack of trust. All he wanted was my sincere efforts to do the important things.

As a leader, he wanted me to support and trust him. And give my best shot. And guess what? I did. And, I am always thankful for him, for putting his trust in me.

Various leaders teach you different things. This one taught me to put trust in my team members, in order to help them do the best, they can.

Leadership is a whole different level of topic, far from the grasp of this prompt. I shared what I wanted to, with you.
