Smoking & Extra Sleep!

What could you do less of?

Hello dear friend. How are you today? Hows life treating you? I have come to a marriage in countryside area, and I am very happy to be part of the ceremony, and being near to nature.

I live in a metro city of North India, and honestly it is a shit show. So much pollution, dirt, noise and whatnot. Even if I am taking a morning walk, or evening walk, it is worse than smoking sitting on my bed .

Anyways, I am on a 75 Day Hard challenge, and today is my 66th day. I am very excited as it is always great to meet the milestones. Hence, my alcohol is at halt, and the next thing left is smoking.

Just like I attacked the alcohol, I will attack the smoke too. Just not feeling like it right now. Having said this, since it is in my mind, I will definitely get it done.

That is how I am, I do things, that I should do, when necessary. Apart from this, I think everything else is completely sorted, and I am doing good progress in the right areas.

Also, I would like to set my body clock to 6-7 hours of sleep daily, so that my body is completely rested. I sometimes sleep more than I should, and I spend rest of the day, coping up with the other priority tasks.
