What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

Hello my friends, I wish you a happy Sunday. Well, I would be very straight forward on this, as there is not much to imagine here.

My favorite physical exercise is ‘traditional strength training using free weights.’ In modern gyms, there are machines for almost every body part. But, nothing can beat our body fight with gravity.

I think free weights, help me to push my boundaries everyday. It let me recharge myself, by challenging me to win small victories.

Sometimes we are done within 9-10 repetitions, and sometimes we push ourselves to 14-15 repetitions with the same weight. This clearly demonstrate our progress. And, hence motivate us.

Not to miss, the confidence we receive from looking our fit version, a good looking one.

One important thing here is diet. We become what we eat, exercises are just to challenge your muscles and break them. It is our diet that heal them, and make them stronger and bigger.
