What food would you say is your specialty?
Hello my people. How are you doing today? Happy to share it is my birthday today. I have thrived one more year, in this beautiful home of life.
All these years, I have seem different things, good and bad just like every one of us. And I am all ready, to get started and spread like a fragrance of blissful Jasmine.
I love cooking, but I cook seldom. Because I need a lot of time. Because when I cook I do things craft fully.
And, I wait. Wait until the curry is properly cooked. I like it thick and mesmerising. And I judge my dish with its fragrance. My family members who are waiting do make weird faces while they wait, but the face they make after tasting it, is always the same. 🙂
I think the fragrance says it all. It can water your mouth and make us salivate even before eating the food. I think the best joy lies in the anticipation of the good things.
Even more than how it feels, when that thing actually happens. Because earlier our imagination is at play, and it has no bounds. While reality is just a plain truth, it feels how it feels.
I really like the effect of tomatoes and onion though. They add a unique and beautiful magic to every dish. If you have a mixer and you can create a paste of it. Oh! Your curry will be heaven. Also, the indian spices are world known.
During ancient times, Indian spices were worth more than gold. They were ancient Bitcoin. Haha.
Cook with your heart and soul, like we are raising a baby, starting from scratch and then deliver a marvellous experience.
I would love to hear your cooking stories, what makes you love it, whenever you do it. Do share in comments. Think of it like a birthday gift. Lol.
Love, Respect, and Blessings.
XOXO

I have some Indian managers to join Indian food in Hanoi when they visit for business. I love some of your country food. ❤️

Yeah man. Specially the curry it is great. Western food is more sausages, as per me.
