Laziness, makes me feel Sick.

Do lazy days make you feel rested or unproductive?

Hello my friends. I hope you are having a fantastic day, today. I do think of a day when I have nothing to do.

Though, there a few days like this, I also want my brain to be relaxed, and stop popping up with stuff, that needs to be done not that day, but the subsequent ones.

I want a day sitting on a beach, under a big umbrella, enjoying water melon juice, and staring the chaotic vastness of the mighty oceans.

I want to sit still on a comfy chair, with my feet dip in running water and admiring the peace of the mighty mountains.

But, when I am at home, and I let myself fell prey to laziness, it takes me an eternity to build my energy.

A cool shower can do the trick in few seconds of course. But I fell weak sometimes, I guess. Something to work on.

I feel it is just the phases of life, when the fire behind you is burning hard, it is hard to stop, and there is no need to stop, until we are out of fuel.

But again, things are required to be kept in balance. A too much of everything is bad, just like if we keep burning, we will start to erode, and if we just donโ€™t move, we are going to grow roots.

I believe in compartmentalised relaxation, like a good night sleep, or 30 minutes power nap. When I am not able to sleep, I try to make it as relaxing as possible.

But again, we all have our ways. We all are right in our own direction.

I wish your relaxation and hustle get aligned in your life in a perfectly timely manner. And I wish you all the best in thriving and growing through them.

Lots of Love.

XOXO
