What principles define how you live?

Hello my fam. How is your Monday going on? Is Monday still throwing Blues, or the lights are green now?

I liked the question today. Once I was having a discussion with one of my dear friend. We were discussing about, how the things we were taught in our school and colleges are not relevant in our jobs.

After multiple enlightening statements from both sides, yielded a mic drop words from my friend. He said, that ‘Bro, every morning when I leave for office, I just take my ethics with me.’

That was deep, education changed us, but we can not exactly point out the things that really changed. Our Ethics on the other hand are our tools to shape our actions everyday.

The principles that we believe in, shapes our interaction with others (living/non- living) and ourselves.

I also follow few principles for me,

Respect. Compassion. Transparency. Hustle. Humility. Openness.

While I used to freelance, I helped many folks to shape their company’s Vision statement, Mission Statement, and Values.

Most of the times, the values of the company, were actually the personal values of the individual who is building it. So I found it interesting.

Often, an individual get in stress, when any event deviate him/her from a path defined by his/her principles/values/ethics.
