My Diet and Sleep

What details of your life could you pay more attention to?

Hello my friends, I hope you are having a great day, today. My week just started, as we had a national holiday yesterday.

I don’t know if this happens with you or not, but with me, whenever there is a time, when I need to sleep early at all cost, is the time, I just cant sleep.

Sometimes I have a big day ahead, and what could or couldn’t happen next day, makes me keep tossing and turning whole night on the bed.

Also, I find it very hard to vanish the flood of thoughts in my mind, when I lie down on bed to sleep. There are so many things that keep haunting me for long time, before I can put my mind to rest.

So this is the one thing, I want to focus on, to improve my sleep cycle. Second is my diet. I am a bachelor, which is irrelevant excuse for having an unhealthy diet schedule. But, I don’t know, somehow it affects.

Bachelor life is full of events, unannounced plans, parties, and trips. Also, I hardly find time to cook, nowadays

I aspire to have a fit body, toned with muscles and lacking of fat. And, to realize this goal, Diet and sleep are some of the most important factors.

Having said so, I am determined to fix it, and I am confident, that if I want, I am going to get it.
