What fears have you overcome and how?
Hello my friend, how are you doing today? Happy Monday to you, I wish you a lot of success this week and beyond.
Fear is an inbuilt characteristic of us humans. It has helped stay alive since inception. Humans started in such a dangerous world, and fear allowed us to stay alert and safe.
We humans benefitted a lot from fear. But this evolutionary feeling is not always our friend. Especially now, when no more danger is lurking at every corner, waiting for us.
Our brain doesn’t know this. And it is following its evolutionary habit to stay fearful, and keep us alert. It is manifesting fear, even if it is not already present.
One such fear is fear of failure. I have been haunted by it in my past. When things were going good, I was suddenly cornered by a damp feeling that something is going to go bad.
Even when I was at the top of my career, this fear haunted me relentlessly. And ultimately I did manifest the worst case for me, and I was toppled from my top to my bottom.
Then I realised, what have I done to myself. I understood that brain doesn’t want fulfilment and joy. It want predictability, it hates change.
Irrespective the change is good or bad, our brain hates it. The day I realised this trap, I decided to break the loop.
I decided to teach my brain that it deserves much more happiness, than what it has felt till now.
I decided to allow myself to fail, and not allow my brain to fail me in advance. Since that day, I made myself ready to touch my new top. To surpass the success that I achieved earlier.
Only this time, I will not let myself be haunted by the fear of losing it all.
Keep saving yourself from the trap of your brain.
Keep Shining, Keep building.
Love and Luck.
