What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?

Hello my friend, how are you doing today? Happy Tuesday to you, and your loved ones. I wish that you have a fantastic week ahead.

Life is not always comfortable, sometimes I feel that pain is the indicator that you are alive. Only after life can be painless.

I always focus on my physical health, and believe that a healthy body is the most comfortable place to live in.

Hence, I ensure 2 things in my daily life, First I ensure that I sleep at least 6 hours in a day. Secondly, I ensure that I hit gym regularly.

By making my body stronger through strength training, and giving it adequate rest, helps me stay strong and focussed on my goals.

Regarding mental pain, I try to create meaningful connections with people and avoid interacting with noise. I keep my heart free of hate and envy, and wish good for others, for no reason.

This keeps my spirits pure and positive. I guess, thats it. I will not say it is easy to attain comfort, just like that, may be we never can. But we can try for sure.
