Are you a leader or a follower?
Hello, how are you today? How is the week going on for you? I hope you are winning, and you will keep winning, everyday of the coming week and beyond.
I like driving, especially on the highways, cruising the roads with full throttle. While driving you can not always be the fastest vehicle on the road.
Even if you are the most powerful vehicle on the road, the traffic placement, road conditions can push you off track.
Hence, driving teaches us a very important lesson of our life. To keep moving ahead, which is the premise of our life, we should know, ‘when to lead and when to follow’.
Hence, I can say I am a leader, who knows when to exercise my power, and when to capitalise over the guidance from others.
I think, you can never be a great leader, unless you are a good follower.
