Describe a risk you took that you do not regret.
Hello my friend, how are you doing today? It is Wednesday today, and I wish you a fantastic day ahead.
We all must have been heart broken at some point of our life. Could be just once, or could be more than once. Every time it pains more and more, making us stronger.
I had a break up with my ex a few years back, after that for almost an year we were separate. That year was hard, and we used to meet often, trying to find ways back to each other.
One time, I decided to get things back. Many of my friends and family members did share their disagreement with my decision, but my resolve was absolute.
Simply because both of us were not able to root out the feelings. Hence, we have to try to grow them again or weed out them forever. So that we can move ahead in life.
Though, when we started we didn’t plan to break up again. But I guess in a relationship of love, the thread binding two souls together cannot be mend again, once broken.
We broke up again after an year. It was hard, gloomy, and sad. But atleast I came out of the loop of ‘could be’ and ‘could have been’.
I have said it many times, more than the failure, what is messier for our mind are phrases and thoughts like ‘I wish’, ‘I could have’, ‘I could have been’.
So yeah I took the risk, I failed, and I got hurt. But I don’t regret it, even a bit.
It was important for both of us. Atleast we have mutual respect left. Sometimes people turn strangers, while a version of them is always saved in our mind.
