What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

Hello my friend, how are you doing today? A new week has started, and I wish you all the best for the same.

Well, my morning ritual in the recent past, has been crap, I used to sleep very late, and wake up late. Sometimes, when I used to wake up, half of the day was already passed.

Even though, I used to work in the night, and that was the reason for me to sleep late. But, I was not feeling my most productive self.

Hence, now I have changed it. And I started to go to Gym again in the morning. I used to go earlier but that was another life. I think morning gym is great and it set the tone for the complete day.

Just like attacking Monday, helps us to set the tone for the whole week. I have recently changed my schedule to waking up and making my bed.

Get the first thing done, and then quickly get ready for the gym. Post which I take a shower, have breakfast, and start my day.
