What makes a good leader?
Hello my friend. I hope you are having a fantastic day, today. I have also started my Friday, and I am trying to hit the goals, once again today.
Let’s keep winning everyday.
As per me, the Leader is the only person that demonstrate his/her believe in the goal. If it is really worth to do it. Apart from anything else a leader should do, giving meaning to the hustle of his/her teammates is very important.
Often teammates get lost, and reach out to the leader in the moments of darkness and desperation. At this time, they are searching for the reasons to give up. When they meet the leader, they either get ok, or obliterated.
Openness to be themselves, to feel accepted in the group is a important parameter to keep the team going. If the leader cannot make everyone feel part of same movement, that they are doing together. The mission gonna fail sooner or later.
Last is Freedom. Freedom to express, take decisions when appropriate, are important for efficient team members. A leader is required to create atmosphere, that can bring best from its team.
And, they will trust and respect their leader, for being so accepting, and providing them freedom.
All in all, there is no guide to leadership. Sometimes, it just comes out of you, when the time is critical. Every mission requires a different leadership style, every situation, every team, require its leader.
