Engineering and MBA

What colleges have you attended?

Hello friend, how are you doing today? I hope you are having a good start of 2024. Just remember, we can restart anytime.

New Year is just an excuse. We need to grind everyday, irrespective what date is in the calendar. When we need excuses to start something, we are not going to them anyways.

Unless there is a blocker, that needs to be resolved first. Anyways, I did Bachelors in Technology in Electronics and Telecommunication. And, I did my MBA as a marketing major, and Information Technology minor.

Both of these courses gave me unique perspectives, Electronics taught that things move in either 0 or 1. Which made me a good Quality Assurance Tester. MBA taught me to connect customers with businesses, and businesses with Technology.

MBA was a cultural experience as well, where I worked and studied with people from different cultures and thought process.

I am fortunate that my parents supported me to pursue my education to an extent, I wanted to. I will always be in their debt, I will take care of them, anyways.

Education is a crucial part of our development, it makes us the human being inside the human body. Education starts at home, when a baby is born, and it continues till the person dies.

I wish you all the best, to keep learning, and keep going. I am sure you will do wonders, with your consistency.

Love and Luck.

  1. Congratulations on your achievement!

1 and 0… Like my watch (blogged about it, too). I like working it out 😁 not a smart watch, but I prefer it. It’s my treasure!

Slowly trying to get myself sorted.. I wanted to be a chemical engineer, but my mum said it was for boys so I did biology instead in a prestigious school in another island. Only four semesters, then I pleaded to go back to where I grew up. I could provided that I do BS Nursing, so I did (with a heavy heart).

After grad and before I took the licensure exam, I trained in medical transcription. I liked it, but it didn’t pay well lol

Had a stint in accounting when I came to London. Then Tourism and Hospitality Management for which I got a postgrad certificate lol I am soooo lost.

Now found, though, I think. I decided to finally practice as a nurse. Now, whilst working full time, I’m studying another postgrad (Genomic medicine) and hopefully someday get an MSc. I hope the funding does not stop!
