Are you a good judge of character?
Hello my friend, how are you doing today? It’s Friday, we have reached one more weekend. And this time it is an extended one, due to Christmas.
So great time of the year. 2025 is coming, and I wish it will be great one for you, and your loved ones. May you keep winning and growing.
As you know my blog name is ‘An Observer’, I do notice small things, sometimes too much and it becomes curse more than a boon. Haha.
Having said that, I do pay attention what people are saying, their expressions, their tone, their follow ups. I notice if they ‘Walk the Talk’.
I notice how they treat others, I listen what they say about others, behind them, and what they say in front of them. I notice how people push themselves from hard time, and keep going.
Since, I observe a lot, I usually get a good idea of person’s character. But, at the same time, I will not deny that some have proved me wrong, or surprised me in both good and bad ways.
Strong character is not inherited, it is learned, practiced, and consistently demonstrated. And for me, the biggest indicator of it is, How people do things, that they say.
We can always speak less, and make sure that whatever we speak, we mean it.
