If only I can identify it.

Do you trust your instincts?

Hello my friend, how are you today? It is mid week and we are half way there. Soon it will be weekend, where we will be tempted to waste time in the name of relaxing.

Well, that is important as well, relaxing. Sometimes I sit on my bed and intentionally try to relax, only to realize that my body was in so much stress.

Muscles stiff, brain tensed, and I didn’t even know it. Taking relaxing time often helps me get me gears back and get ready to go and slay.

Instincts come from our gut, that can sense things from our body, but has no physic to influence our logical thoughts or chemical secretion.

Hence, gut feeling is always a plain truth, which is subtle and can be easily shouted upon or suppressed. I believe in my instincts, and I count on me that I will know when it will be instinctive.

It is very hard to distinguish between the thoughts created by our brain or instincts created by our body.

But once we do, it is not always necessary that we have to follow the instincts. They appear based on the current circumstances, with no regard to future or past. Hence, brain is the controller of our body, not gut.

And I feel, it is logical this way. We have to understand the utility of things associated with us, to use them as a tool to thrive.

I wish you all the best in identifying your instincts and acting on them, if you wish to.

Love and blessings.
