What could you do more of?
Hola, lovers. Hope you are doing great today.
My love and wishes to all of you, my loves.
I think I could do more of having a more disciplined diet. I love food, and recently I have noticed that sometimes I go in a deep trance, while eating food. Haha.
But, I like to eat food hot. Like people ask me why drink hot tea so fast. I think the point of a hot tea is to drink it until it is hot.
Same is for the food. If my cook is cooking, I would like to eat it while she has just cooked it. I think hot food just disperse in our body, from the moment it touches our skin.
It is smooth of our food pipe, and cool for our stomach to dissipate it in the body with the help of less acid.
I feel bad for people who have to eat cold food.
Also, I am aiming for a very fit and chiseled body. I like size, so wont do cheap tactics of dieting.
I will eat more, lift more and sweat more.
I just look for good sources of food, or cook it myself. Recently, I started it cooking after gym in my flat, but it is getting hard to maintain it.
Indian cuisine is full of oil and spice, and it is what my body is conditioned on, since my childhood. And hence it is getting hard to keep the calories and fat down.
And not to miss, my asshole friends, and their frequent desires to get intoxicated on alcohol. Haha.
But, I am trying to cope up with it. And, soon I will get there. Then it will be a matter of maintaining it, which is not easier, but certainly not harder than reaching there.

Whatever you do in regards to diet or exercise make sure you love it. Otherwise, you won’t stick with it. Pure grit gets old fast. God bless!
