How often do you walk or run?
Should I do it everyday? I do go to gym without fail, stretch my muscles patiently, before starting the weight training.
Recently , I started cycling post my workout, but other than that, I will admit, that I am not a great fan of Cardio.
Looking at the fat, my body so eagerly accumulate, I think I should reconsider my stand on cardio. Well, I will, I love myself fit, and would like to stay that way.
Regarding walks, I would say, walks require trails. I don’t have one around me. It is all concrete jungle, that doesn’t arouse me like trees do.
I would love to live in a place, where there will be a trail. A place which is very near to nature. I can see animals doing their own, whatever. While I do my whatever, basically just staying alive.
What I must say, is that walks and runs are very effective for our mental and well as physical health. It gives us a break from our usual thoughts, and help us to cook something good in our mind, or treat a wound, that was unattended earlier.
