Respect

What personality trait in people raises a red flag with you?

I am very open hearted. I try to meet people with full enthusiasm, and without creating any biases or filter from what I have heard about them.

I allow people to create their own image and space in my life. And, I am very generous on a-lot of things, others might not like.

All-in-All just trying to say, that I hardly dislike people or judge them instantly. I give them time to bloom.

But, one thing that is a instant red flag, is how they treat their juniors. It could be a team member, a waiter in a restaurant, security man at the gate, etc.

I see a few people, don’t know trying to prove what, disrespecting people, or calling them without compassion. I just hate it.

Being respectful, is a turn on for me. 🙂
