How are you feeling right now?

I am feeling heavy, there is a big project that I am handling. This project is not directly a blocker for the company, but is a long pending pain point.

Though, every stakeholder is aligned that we want to do it, it is not blocking their life. Also, the total number of stakeholders are a big number, and hence, I have to take buy-in from large number of people.

I am a lazy person, so currently, I am trying to figure our how to do it smartly. I want their inputs, but don’t want to get completely influenced by them.

All in all, I want to sell the journey envisioned by me, to them.
