What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

I ensure that I take out ‘Me’ time for myself, in the form of gym, swim, and a walk. I think it is very important for us to pause for a while, and reflect back.

Sometimes, I feel that in the hurry of getting things in our day to day life, we completely forget ourselves. And, hence it is very important to touch the grass sometimes.

This is my spot, there is a small lake near to it, and I just spend sometime, in my car there.
