Power of Loneliness!

Hey folks, a warm hello, hope you are rocking it there as well. Have you ever went to a beach, where you can actually go ahead and dive, even if you are not that great swimmer.

The depth is shallow, the water is soothing, you just start drifting away from the shore. There comes a point, where the noise of fellow humans and other noises created by the fellow humans, fade away. All that is left is you, your heartbeat, and the random splashes of water coming from all the side.

If the sun is just setting at the same time, the experience can be much much sexier, with the red ball gazing us sitting right there at the horizon.

I don’t know why this point is very spiritual, the whole time we were feeling just a part of the world, and this time it’s us alone and the immense world is floating around us, with us. Technically we are floating but I hope you got it.

It’s the best time to meet oneself, there are no other energies crossing us, it’s just us and a lot of salty water.

I think failures make us stronger because in those moments we are suddenly detached from everything else, and we get time to reflect back on ourselves, talk to ourselves, prepare ourselves, with nothing exterior but interior.

I somehow relate these 2 experiences, one is of course a pleasant time on a mesmerising beach, and the other is an excruciating time of life. In both these cases, it’s us alone away from everything else but nature.

We focus back on us, we poke ourselves, we give answers to our internal questions, we liberate ourselves, and in the process re-invent ourselves. It’s surprising how two different experiences, one pleasant and smaller, other painful and extended, can bring out similar situations for our inner self.

In any situation loneliness is powerful as when we are fighting and surviving on our own, there is nothing else that is required to thrive.

It’s just us, and us.

Try spending some hours with yourself, fight the demons, cherish the good ones, you will surely meet an awesome person inside you. All the best for that. 🙂
