Hidden in spaces

Expected Reading Time: 3 Minutes

Hello, how are you doing? What was the best thing that can happen to you, that you imagined the most? today. The ultimate dream up to which your imagination can reach. Then coming back to reality while measuring the distance. The distance that we will measure, after every such wishful imagination, could be shorter or lengthier than what actually can be.

All this is ok but, how many times do we imagine the end goal, and try to make amend or reinforce something, accordingly? The stuff we are doing today, are moments that are building with us towards the ultimate showdown. And, it is draining, to pull yourself out again and again, is this the beauty of life? Always something to do, a goal to achieve, a milestone to reach, and a journey to live by.

I wonder if this was not there, what we humans would be doing post having food, and sex?

May be socialize, but imagine thousands of humans sitting together in a forest, and just talking, dancing, singing, eating, doing nothing else. But, for how many days we can do it? Soon, we will eat all the nearby fruits, and edible animals, then some people will be given the task of searching for more food. Simple, one more paradigm added, food, sex, and search for food.

If each human stand up from that ground and start moving in any direction, to soon come back to chill again. We can take this as an analogy to our current situation. We dream of reaching places and relax, do nothing. But, in pursuit of this, there are so many other things we need to do. Search for food could be the most primitive example. Human society is so complex, you can apply it to your life, what all you are going to do, before reaching that place to chill.

You might be already reading this while on vacation, seating in a comfortable place with a beautiful view ahead, soothing breeze sliding past you, and running water beside you. I wonder, why it is soothing around rivers? Maybe, we come in the rhythm of the flowing water, it brings us a good reference point to connect every moment we are breathing. So great! You are chilling, keep chilling, chills here as well. 😊

The point is, we humans have built our world like this only. By distributed responsibilities and shared vision, we humans can do different tasks, and still, in the end, all these remote tracks can come together, to create something more, a cumulative sum of multiple tasks, done by different humans, adding value to the shared vision. There are goals at different levels, task-level goals up to the ultimate goal of the shared vision.

When it is all cloudy around, what else can we do than count the silver linings?

When we open up, we encourage others to open up as well, when we are ourselves, it helps others around us to be themselves as well. We see through hidden lines of each other intersecting, and building synergies, and we become friends. Maybe not that friend, with which we hang out all day, but mutual respect and trust build up, instinctively. We have so many friends, even though we don’t talk for a long time while hustling in our respective lives, but whenever we talk, the experience is just like the good old days.

All the joy that was hidden in spaces, comes out and overwhelms us. I guess the same is with bad thoughts, they creep up from the hidden spaces and try to overwhelm us. But our mind naturally doesn’t follow a single thought flow, the mood goes up and down, our actions differ, and so do the results.

Irrespective of what life is offering, there is no reason not to be confident about ourselves. Simply because it is all we have. Our mind, our soul, and body, it is the only real thing we feel and live by every day. Got to be grateful for the gifts we already have.

I think when we start winning small internal battles, help others with theirs, we start winning. This winning will not ever guarantee no failure in the future, there will always be some new challenges, as the graph grows up.

Our victories are around us all the time, hidden in spaces.

Keep Hunting em!
