I hope you are doing fantastic.
Things are getting back to normal slow, humans are peeking and creeping out of their safe houses.
There is fear, but the time has come, when we have to put a fight.
We normally avoid fights, with fights, let’s not confine ourselves with physical assault only, rather there are other fights as well, which each one of us fights.
We always try to avoid it, but unless we fight it, there will be no progress in that paradigm.
Migrants on Roads
I think this is the most pressing concern for each one of us in India and abroad. We can surely excuse their inability due to their own circumstances.
But, we Indians? what can we do to help our brothers and sisters? I downloaded the Arogya Setu app, they asked me ‘Would you be willing to volunteer?’ *Something like that, with the same meaning but different verbiage.
I said ‘Yes’, but what now? Yes, there is an option to donate, I am sure all of us must have donated what we could at that time, and now.
How can we help them?
We are struggling to manage our ration, that is true. there are so many people who are doing it for others, but they are working in silos, even if they are famous.
In England, they have this Royal Army of Volunteers, they have an interface of Google Map-like app, and people can accept real-time requests from people around their vicinity.
Can we use Arogya App for the same? Now, the mobile penetration in India as per statista.com is 32% of the population. Long story short it’s not enough.
We can use it to create a collaborative social network, with the help of google maps we can reach each other, maintaining the ‘social distance’.
The Indian government can do a lot with technology. It is our most lethal weapon. ‘The internet’!
I just can’t reach our prime minister like that, for the obvious reason, he is the Prime Minister of India. And, I am a Citizen, for now. I hope I can reach him through the internet, through you.
Provided, you can reach him. *Haha.
Who is the Software development team of the Arogya Setu App? Those hardcore IT warriors who are doing wonders through the keys of their system.
The core development team, why can’t Arogya Setu be an open interface or platform. Like an open patent. Through this, we can expect swift innovation in the functions offered by it, till now.
Coming back to the ‘Road’.
Roads are meant to travel, and not to sleep. But, desperate time desperate measures, people are compelled to live on the roads. They can sleep over grass or other plants, that world belongs to insects, rodents, and reptiles.
How can we capitalize on the residential area’s manpower to cater to the needs of the migrants? So, there is no need for them to leave. And, if God permits, we humans would be roaring on this globe in a few months.
Till then, how can we take care of them? Because deep down, irrespective of who we are, we want to help others. There is so much pleasure in kindness.
Just like winning a war, just like winning a fight. Seeing happiness in other’s eyes, what a view.

Here as well, the Arogya Setu App can come handy. If those who can, will find a way to do it, people will start showing up.
In the meantime, we all getting filled with hope again, of all those things we were missing since the Quarantine.
Don’t worry everything will never happen as you plan it. But, this not a reason to lose the vision.
