Hello,
Yet another day fighting our demons, I hope all of you are doing fantastic. Today I am completely clueless about what should I talk about, but wants to write something.

After taking a long pause, after writing the above paragraph, I am still clueless. have you ever listen to El Prestamo-Maluma? Awesome song, these Spanish songs are just splendid.

Their beats just so crisp, awesome rhythm. Sorry for boring you like this, if you are still reading this article, let’s find a suitable title.

Apologies, I just got engaged with a client. And lost the track of our conversation.

People are doing so many things around the world, especially for other people. Now and then I get messages from people from across the globe who really want to help other people.

They want to adopt orphan kids, they want to do counseling, some of them are selling real estate in Thailand, etc. I know to sell real estate doesn’t fit in the spectrum of noble deeds like adopting a kid financially, and counseling someone in need. But, it’s ok.*Don’t judge.

All of them want to do a variety of things but often find it hard to express. I think the vision of an organization should come out of the heart of its CEO. Only the driver has the best view of the ride. Maybe this is the reason we see organizations changing their vision after some time.

Of course, business runs for centuries, and when someone new comes to the driving seat, the first thing he/she should write is his/her vision. The first ceremony of CEO induction should be this.

He will write his vision in front of everyone. and frame it over the wall. Now, instantly everybody will know, what this guy wants. Once you know the vision of your leader, so many communication barriers go down.

There is so much communication gap, and this is the reason hardly any employee care about the vision statement. Because people who wrote it didn’t either.

Vision is often kept as a showpiece on receptions, I think vision is a personal thing, and though we can have a shared vision, the driver is the most important passenger in a bus.

Communication gap, that’s all it is. Some of them, we don’t bother to fill, but some, we want to stay always fresh and brimming. A communication gap between a CEO and the employees should be like the later one.

The Vision should be personal, and it should connect heart to heart. Otherwise, no matter how much money we spend on our marketing campaigns, if we are not direct and blunt, no one will remember us, people have a life to care about.

Maybe this is the reason, why brands spend billions to position themselves somewhere in their customer’s minds. Humans forget things fast.

Great!! we found our next blog, I will see around visions of some of the jackass brands, and then we will talk about why the vision statement of a company should be written by CEOs, on their first day.
If you are still reading, go get a life. Haha.
Thanks.
Stay tuned for the next one.
